效率(%)=「[最大模組輸出功率(W)/模組外框面積(m2)] / 1,000 W·m-2」X 100 %,單位為千瓦/平方公尺(kW/m2),效率僅為產品規格之一。於各類產品計算上,因小尺寸模組的邊框所占面積較大,故效率相較於大尺寸模組來得低。
